Shock Absorbers Rear & Front

Assembly of Front and Rear Shock Absorbers:
Use the Shock Absorber Filler Spacer 9700 033. Insert the spacer into each shock absorber body, fill with either Tornado 1000cst or 2000cst weight silicone oil. Assemble the shock absorber as illustrated and check for possible air. Tighten the cap nut (taking care not to over tighten, as this will cause the cap to warp and affect the efficient function of the shock absorber.
Always remember to use the pistons with one hole in the front and the pistons with two holes in the rear. Pay attention to the shock absorber internal 'O' rings, the soft 45 Shore 'O' ring is placed on the piston shaft first, followed by the hard 70 shore 'O' ring.
