Some Useful Trackside Maintenance Tips.

In between qualifying rounds and before your Finals, check the following:

1. Check all nuts, allen screws, chassis and engine screws for tightness.
2. Remove the clutch bell, check the clutch shoe, clean and lubricate the thrust bearing.
3. Check the Accu Pack and charge if necessary.
4. Check for debonding between the tires and rims and change over wheels from side to side to balance tire we.ar
5. Check drive belts for possible damage.
6. Check gear pulleys that they are clear of debris and grit.
7. Check fuel system for possible leaks.
8. Check exhaust joints.
